1. Scope of Services

We provide services as detailed in your estimate or invoice. Any work not listed in the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment confirms acceptance of the scheduled service and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for deposits, advance payments, or completed work.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge:

- Deposits reserve scheduling, materials, and labor time.

- Cancellations—regardless of reason—do not qualify for a refund.

- If cancellation occurs before work begins, funds paid may be retained to cover scheduling, planning, and material costs.

We encourage all clients to ask questions and review their scope of work before submitting payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the job site is accessible and free of obstructions on the scheduled service date. Clients are responsible for identifying underground utilities and obtaining any necessary permits unless otherwise agreed.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate based on crew availability.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities, sprinkler lines, cable, or irrigation infrastructure unless caused by negligence. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

7. Weather Delays

Severe weather may delay your project. We will contact you to reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles, CA
